ABCbuildingsupplies operates as a B2B wholesale distributor of construction materials (structural steel, cement, and prefabricated items) for construction companies in Argentina. The portal allows requesting volume quotes, coordinating direct deliveries to the construction site, and accessing commercial credit lines. Use of the portal is restricted to legal entities and professionals in the construction sector.
To access B2B features, each company must complete a registration form with valid tax information (CUIT, company name, legal address). ABCbuildingsupplies reserves the right to verify the information and reject applications that do not meet business requirements. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
Volume quote requests must specify the product, quantity, delivery timeframe, and construction site destination. Quoted prices are valid for 7 consecutive days and are subject to stock availability. ABCbuildingsupplies does not guarantee automatic acceptance of all requests; each quote will be evaluated based on logistics capacity and credit conditions.
Direct deliveries to the construction site are coordinated with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. The buyer must ensure access for cargo trucks (up to 12 m long) and have personnel available for unloading. ABCbuildingsupplies is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, road closures, or lack of municipal permits at the construction site.
Credit lines are granted after a credit evaluation and signing of an agreement. The credit limit, interest rate, and payment term are established in each contract. Non-payment of an invoice within the agreed term may result in immediate suspension of service and cancellation of pending orders. ABCbuildingsupplies reserves the right to modify or revoke credit lines without prior notice if non-compliance is detected.
The supplied products comply with applicable IRAM standards (structural steel: IRAM-IAS U 500-502; cement: IRAM 50000). The warranty is limited to proven manufacturing defects within 30 days of receipt. ABCbuildingsupplies assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper use, inadequate storage, or unauthorized modifications. In no event shall total liability exceed the value of the affected order.
All content on the portal (texts, images, logos, databases) is the property of ABCbuildingsupplies or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
ABCbuildingsupplies may suspend or cancel access to the portal if the user breaches these terms, provides false information, or engages in activities that affect system operation. Cancellation does not exempt the user from paying amounts owed for orders already processed.
These terms may be modified at any time. Changes will be notified through the portal at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date implies acceptance of the new conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the commercial courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction or venue.
