The conditions detailed below form an integral part of any quotation issued by ABCbuildingsupplies. Reading them in advance prevents divergent interpretations during order execution.
Published unit prices apply exclusively to orders exceeding 10 tons of structural steel, 50 tons of bulk cement, or 200 m² of prefabricated panels. Smaller orders are quoted under the retail distribution regime.
Coordination of direct deliveries to the construction site is carried out with 72 business hours' notice. The carrier does not include unloading or assembly. Any stay exceeding 30 minutes at the site will be billed as additional time.
Commercial credit lines are approved after submitting an audited balance sheet and bank references. The initial limit does not exceed 15% of the declared net equity. Payment terms: 30, 60, or 90 calendar days from the invoice date.
Any claim regarding quantity or quality discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Returns of cut, mixed, or applied materials are not accepted. Quality certificates are issued per batch.
These clauses do not exclude those established in the purchase order signed by both parties. For specific inquiries, contact your account executive.
